The Collegians Team Photos will be on Wednesday 15 February starting at 4:00pm (with the youngest teams first) and will be held at the club rooms.

Saturday December 17, 4pm to 5:30pm at the Clubrooms at Anderson Park.
Format for the afternoon:

| 4:30 – 5:00pm | Pizza and fizzy drink and chocolate bars for all Year 8 players. Bar to be open for parents. |
| 5:00 – 5:30pm | Certificates and WCJCC banners to all players. Presentation of Graham Hopping Cup. |
