Being given a second chance against the Brooklyn Tsunamis was enough for the Superheros to become super again. Once more it came down to the last over but the Superheroes prevailed 51 to 48.
The Superheros defeated the Karori Cheetahs at Karori Park. Notwithstanding that it was their first game at altitude the boys played well. They restricted Karori to 42, and then clocked up 57 in reply.
Ari Bonar was player of the day because he hit the sides first boundary fours.
The Superheros defeated the Jonsonville Levos comfortably. An outstanding fielding effort meant that Johnsonville were restricted to -3 after their overs. The Superheroes reached 30 in response.
